Important things to note before booking!

*Please be respectful and drive slow in and out of our easement to the property / home

* Please abide by county noise ordinances: 10pm - 7am

*Please please respect our home and all items in it. Let us know if anything gets damaged - accidents happen, but please let us know so we can rectify...

Tri-County gun club is a few miles from our property, across Tonquin road. It is no where near close enough to worry about danger, but it is close enough to hear. You can hear the club from almost all areas in Sherwood, but we are on the closer side of the city to where it is located. It does not bother us and is often silent. They do have quiet hours due to noise ordinances. However, if potential noise in the background could be bothersome, please do not book. We would not want you to not be 100% happy while staying with us. We will be posting videos of examples soon, just to be extra cautious and respectful of everyone's individual tolerance level. This is one reason we keep our fees low in comparison with other event venues, just incase!

We have a wide variety of wildlife and nature on our 20 acres. We love every bit of it! But, if you do not want to spot wildlife, this may not be the place for you :)

The property does have poison oak out in the areas beyond our home. We take fequent walks throughout the entire 20 acres but if you'd like to do the same, please make sure you have pants and/or at least high socks, and boots if you want to be extra cautious  :)     

Not to sound like a broken record...but, we love our home and we can't wait to make it an extremely special, customized experience filled with memories for you.

There are cameras monitoring the exterior of the home and property as well as one camera monitoring the sports court. These will not be monitored routinely but will remain live during your stay for safety and insurance reasons.
